Pros
1. You will be able to work with people who are hardworking & learn alot from the project that you under. 2. Career growth here is fast. You can any opening internally atleast being in the company for a year.
Cons
1. Poor company management & lack of supports in many things as well less appreciation to the employees in my experience which drives people unmotivated. 2. Salary is quite low compared being in KL however supporting a big market which is not reasonable
