      Pros

      The people that you work with can be great, it has a family like environment. You do get exposed to many different lines of business.

      Cons

      The compensation for the amount of work you do is very un balanced. You are expected to be able to change your shift at the drop of a hat. Sr. Leadership has NO communication abilities.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
