Pros

None. Absolutely zero. Only perk is you work in Newcastle so you can get to the main office.

Cons

Fleecing, con, insane hours. Joke. Expect you to work from 745 to whatever time after 5.30... which seems normal except they send you to locations often hours away from Newcastle, if you dont drive you carpool... you are expected to give money to the driver the company doesnt pay travel expenses or anything like that. If you're unwell while out in the field you're stranded until your team are finished. If you dont have a pass or dont receive a pass for days... you work without being paid. Mondays and fridays are team nights- great except after working from 745 till 6 then get back to Newcastle for 730 and are expected and told you have to go or else you're looked down upon and wont be promoted, and other teams wont be willing to communicate with you... and if you're like me staying for team.night that lasts an hour mean a you dont get home till 10. Then back in at 745 the next day. The working week is 6 days a week doing this then pressured to.go on a "business trip" to a location often 100s miles away for 6 days doing the same shift again. If you dont end up sick, depressed or in hospital you're a better person than I am. Watch this space... this company is guaranteed to be in the news for conning customers and treating employees shockingly.

Pros

Rewarding job, excellent organisation and the staff and management were all very friendly.

Cons

Meeting targets set by funders can be unrealistic in more rural areas, but this is a funder issue rather than that of Start360.

Pros

None, none, none and none

Cons

They advertise jobs on their website that don't actually exist. You'll then have to sit through an hour long presentation about the company's cult-like values and structure to then be told that the marketing role you applied for in the first place is actually a sales role, and that all roles advertised are exactly the same, they've just given them different names on the website?? Then they'll say that the reason behind this is that everyone's turning to face-to-face and events marketing rather than digital as a result of the pandemic... face-to-face... in a pandemic... Other than the fact this is totally untrue, it's just plain stupid. No base salary and the excuse is that "the 18-year-olds would get paid less than the 25-year-olds which isn't fair as they might work harder", like paying everyone above minimum wage isn't an option. If you're looking for a proper job/somewhere to build a career, this isn't it. They'll try to lure you in with the promise of a company yacht and the chance to be an "entrepreneur", but all you're doing is working ridiculous hours (8.30-6, 6 days a week), and they wont even guarantee you a paycheck in return. If you have any self respect then avoid.
