Empowerment since junior positions. Government job so it is a stable place in terms of solvency as an employer.

Its better for juniors positions to learn and gain power quickly in your career with lot of exposure. Senior positions are not really empowered as Start-Up Chile works with a horizontal culture which benefits junior positions. As it is government any change or modification is difficult to be done. Not really result oriented.

There is a huge possibilities to grow in the company, the team work is nice, there is a very horizontal hierachy and the overall vibe is nice.

Since it was a small team, there were many things to do that ofter made me worked out of the working hours. They were compensated though, but that depends directly on the person in charge of you.
