Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Starr Insurance Companies Employee Review

Extremely demeaning work environment, very micromanaged, and no training whatsoever. This company on paper seems fantastic and the incentives and pay make you want to stay, but the amount of mental abuse that the managers give will force you to leave. They truly do care about employees here and HR is for management not you. This is an extremely clique environment with lots of office gossip. And if you are not sucking up to the upper management you will not last long here. If you don’t mind sacrificing your self confidence and identity this will be great for you.
