Pros
Great starting position for anyone trying to get into insurance. You can use the skills you learn to go into any area. Young team, hybrid working, team lunches, CII exams paid for, and amazing development programme.
Cons
Monotonous work (doing the exact same thing every day which is mostly data entry). On the flip side, it does teach you the basics of insurance.
