Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, good local management, good local people on the ground. The company is new so they are still working through growing pains and their horrible systems.
Cons
No direction, Nepotism, Senior management are incompetent and don't know how to lead. Took my resignation like a break up. Not only asked me to leave (which was expected) but then did not compensate me for the two weeks notice i provided them (unexpected and very unprofessional for company that wants to be taken seriously)
