Pros

Always have something to do, Good immediate management team. A lot of talk of moving the company forward. Pay is decent.

Cons

Co-workers thrive on the drama. No Sick, Vacation or Holiday Pay. CEO expects you to work on major holidays and overtime, but there is no reward for it. Management keeps telling you that "PTO is coming...just wait" 3+ years later and still nothing. Morale is low. Benefits are a joke, you may as well not work because the Health plan will suck your paycheck dry.

Pros

Genuinely none besides the fact you get paid.

Cons

The worst company you can work for. Nothing gets done here and leadership is a joke. HR is an ornament. People are always getting trespassed and there’s physical violence here in office because this company hires anyone who breathes and end up getting some crazy unchecked lunatics. Got so bad they had to change door codes. Seen cop cars out front before multiple times. Reeks of marijuana sometimes. Customers call in and are rude but that’s expected.
