Company has a growth mindset. Teetering a line between corporate operation and family owned, the company policies lean toward the corporate side. In recent years they have brought retirement plans and health benefits to all full-time employees. They prefer to promote from within which allows an opportunity for growth.
Cons
When it comes to senior level positions, hires tend to come from the outside. In a few instances, HR seemed to protect the company rather than find justice in the issue. Minor infractions can get in the way of bonuses.
