Star Creations was the most dysfunctional, unorganized, chaotic place I have ever worked at. The first week I was there, I heard somebody crying. I've heard one of the owners scream at somebody at the top of her lungs. Owners/management treat you like dirt, use profanity and make you feel inadequate when in reality it's them. It's no wonder so many people have left, the turnover rate is ridiculous, I've never seen anything like it. You will see somebody new every 1-2 months. I was so depressed while I worked here. I'd rather flip burgers than work here. Cons: 1) Absolutely no respect from anybody, expect to be treated like dirt and sworn at 2) There is absolutely no organization, things are a mess. Expect to lose your mind trying to make sense of it 3) 2 weeks vacation (including sick days) 4) Expect to work overtime and weekends with no compensation 5) Very tense, uncomfortable environment 5) Co-workers with a child-like mentality, you'll feel like you're in high school all over again 6) Only 5 paid holidays I would not listen to the positive reviews on here, they are fake. I would give less than 1 star rating if I could.
