A company doomed to fail - Operations Manager Star Concessions Employee Review

Home office has no idea what goes on in operations. Makes assumptions based on incomplete reports. Treats management horribly. Will not involve management in the hiring process, resulting in lackluster, low level, unqualified employees. Communication leaves much to be desired, often giving only a days notice before implementation of major changes.Next to impossible to get anything fixed, without constant pestering. P&L not available in a timely manner. Vindictive and unprofessional upper management. Will not listen to operators.
