Pros
Working at Stanford looks good on your resume. The campus is beautiful. There are a lot of opportunities to enjoy nature. There are many departments to work in. People are impressed by Stanford.
Cons
Politics are rampant. Management is a power struggle. It's all about "Me." The departments of Stanford are like totally seperate companies. There needs to be more cooperation. For cooperation to happen, they need to set politics aside, and think about what's right for Stanford.
