      They provide 401 matching, insurance with good prices, don't have PTO but it is pretty easy to get days off approved.

      Cons

      Definitely are profit driven, insurance is changed every year to a cheaper one, is almost impossible to move up in positions.

      Pros

      This company specializes is site development, concrete, pile driving and railroad construction mostly in petrochemical and refining industry. They have a great safety record and have made employee safety their priority on the projects. Great place to work.

      Cons

      Only work along Gulfcoast in Texas and Louisiana.

      The pay was pretty good, especially when you factor in the overtime

      Cons

      its ran by a bunch of racist, pompous butts. They tend to think they sit at the same level with Jesus.
