      Pros

      Worked with payments team and they use the latest tech stack. Good for learning and growth. Had the best managers. Did not face any toxic culture. Flexible in terms of working from office.

      Cons

      Difficult in terms of work life 😔 balance..adhoc and back to back calls and with work extending late nights. Not much KT provided but faster results expected. This can be stressful.
