Pros
Fairly decent hours, focus is always on Asia so yours had better be as well. Generally friendlier place than most banks, lots of lifers but that is changing.
Cons
Hired lots of ex-US bankers who have then brought in their friends thus altering the culture. Share price has collapsed of later. Perks are essentially non-existent and office politics is vital.
