Cons
Always restructuring and changing processes. By the time staff fully grasp the latest changes, another wave of change begins again. Flexi working arrangement that result in inadequate workstations and chairs. Working from home is still not widely practised hence staff still come to office. Some start to fight over tables, chairs, lockers or pedestals. Why can't the bank provide adequate basic resources for everyone? It's ridiculous. Toxic management who only care about protecting their rice bowls. There are senior management who push blame to others and keep scolding and shouting at people openly, creating a very negative working environment. There is no respect for staff.
