Pros

Employees work really hard here and navigate mental health and survive the workday .

Cons

There are class action and individual lawsuits currently pending with this company regarding discrimination , wages ,etc. The amount of micromanaging by CEO is outrageous.

Pros

Convenient location for commuting. Reasonable health insurance. Events have nice food. Chick-fil-A nearby. Airport conveniently close by for escaping on a flight as far away as physically possible. A master cohort for writing study papers on the Peter Principle and Napoleon Syndrome.

Cons

It's difficult to know where to start. Intrusive, unwarranted surveillance with video cameras in private offices and covert audio; aggressively anti-remote working policy; acutely demoralised employees on salaries 50% of market rate with undelivered pay raises; rampant abuse of least 5 types of corporate spyware (ActiveTrak, ArcticWolf, Crowdstrike, DarkTrace, Cyberhaven); third world outsourcing; an intractable culture of bullying, bad faith intrigue, and personal abuse; exceptionally high staff attrition; salary pay deducted by hourly rate for not signing in to a 1990s style class register-style intranet; miserable PTO allowance with no overtime even for overnight work; entire depts fired at will suddenly; constant irrational mistrust and secrecy for no reason; staff walking on eggshells around a boss who never eats because of a severe adderall problem. It might be a dark comedy show if it weren't more suited to the apocryphal horror genre. Questions to ask at your interview: how many employees have you lost in the last six months, and why? Why is this nursing college wired up like a CIA bunker? Why is the salary being offered so low? Why has no-one, individually or collectively, achieved anything meaningful in 20 years? Why are your recruitment rates so sparse?
