- SAs don't do their jobs. They will try to make you work for them while they disappear - Projects don't have any planning. The SAs expect you to be a psychic and when things go south they love to put the blame on you. If they succeed, it is because of them. If you fail, it is because of you. - No sense of teamwork. This is not true when it comes down to engineers helping each other.
