Pros
Staffmark is such a great environment. It's friendly and professional. I love that the executive management team allows me to spread my wings by contributing ideas and processes. Staffmark encourages me to think outside the box, and they don't draw a hard and fast line of how I must get from A to B. As long as I get my branch from A to B and I do it with integrity, Staffmark is behind me 100%!
Cons
There really aren't too many cons. Staffmark is an excellent place to work and build a career. I work in the San Diego Area and if I had to speak to challenges, I would probably only say that my territory is huge! We could use more Staffmark locations and/or people to support this large region. However, Staffmark is the best company I have had the pleasure of working for in my career...
