A chaotic, unprofessional, disorganised mess is the only real way to describe their IT department operations. Everything is done a slow, tedious, non-industry standard way with no desire to improve or acknowledge serious problems. Plenty of unfriendly, toxic staff - jobsworths are everywhere. Inadequately small offices, poor facilities with no parking.
