Pros
-Coworkers became unforgettable as we were all helping in the trenches in the fight against COVID and could rely on each other for support to do a good job.
-High paced environment with daily changes for those that love a good challenge and to constantly learn.
Cons
-Temporary/contract position that ended abruptly after the state cut the funding.
-Sometimes upper management made impetuous decisions causing too many changes to accurately and quickly train staff. After we would train our staff to learn a new protocol, upper would change it again before giving it the chance to be fine tuned to operate better. Some of this was unavoidable due to health department updates. But either way, it took time away from our daily focus on the job because we were constantly implementing changes.
