The women who run my team are extremely caring. The level of investment and concern they have for each person on the team is unparalleled. I’ve never experienced anything like it in the workplace and it’s the reason I stay.

Could be more inclusive as an organization. My team is but not sure about others.

The people and senior leadership I work with day to day are amazing, but company-wide goals and priorities can be a bit disjointed at times... Different managers have different styles which can be a pro or a con Long term vision can be unclear at times
