Pros
An amazing environment - surrounded smart people focused on building something that thrills the client, but yet also know how to have fun. Great sense of energy. Loved the experience! Amazing access to customer feedback. Leadership was spot on...knew how to grow and lead a team and keep things exciting and alive.
Cons
Sometimes push things a little too quickly, and see it come back to bite us....but this was very limited, and overall I would say was managed well.
