HRs only task is to send joiner/leaver email There is nothing cutting edge that the company does. As a matter of fact, they are only surviving due to handful of accounts handed over to them by their friends in other companies, Hiring & Firing is a norm in the organisation. Only reason company is surviving is because their offering is very cheap as compared to other market players. Avoid the organisation at all costs Employment is always at stake as people get fired at any time and there is always an axe on people's head. Only join the company to keep yourself employed, however keep looking for an opportunity outside as is the case with all employees in the company
