Pros
The people you work with on a day-to-day basis are great, you are (usually) allowed a lot of freedom on when/where you work and the work itself can be really fun and fulfilling.
Cons
Upper management seems to have no idea what they're doing. They changed management structures 3 times in the year and a half that I was there. There were 3 rounds of layoffs as well, with little to no notice. Pay for software engineers is WAY below market value. Little to no opportunity for advancement.
