Pros
Everyone is respectful to each other and the clients they serve. Staff believes the goal of making sure everyone has housing. Most of the Directors are fair, knowledgeable, and experienced. My co-managers were all hard workers, experienced, and fair. I was very happy there for the 5 years I worked there
Cons
There aren't enough resources to really tackle the housing issues in St. Louis City/County. It gets frustrating trying to provide for the clients with such a lack of resources. They need better grant writers.
