Pros

Wonderful leadership in business operations. Opportunity to advance and/or grow compensation for high achievers who meet or exceed sales quota. Training and substantial resources provided to help achieve success.

Cons

Not a lot of downside, other than long hours. During NFL season it's not uncommon to work 6-7 days per week for extended stretches depending on home game schedule. Pay is below market for sales leaders in other industries.

Pros

The pay at the Edward Jones Dome is pretty decent. As an intern I got $11 an hour, but I wouldn't be happy making that having graduated from college.

Cons

Expect you to know everything too quickly. My first time working I did a great job because I had managed a decent amount of people, reflective of how much work experience I had. The second day I was given a much larger stand to manage and I made mistakes. Given it was my second day, I didn't get any slack from my supervisor, instead I got attitude about how slow I was being.
