Pros
Overall the staff are good, hardworking people who really care about the children. The work environment is beautiful spread out over 40+ acres with amazing views.
Cons
Extreme employee turnover due to poor management, especially at the CEO level, who is completely disconnected, only is on campus a few days per month, and seems to not care about day to day operations. Staff complain about constant changing agendas and demands on their time, but are too afraid of loosing their jobs to speak up. HR is of no help to the employee and appears to go with the flow. Board of Directors also seem disinterested or uninformed and take their guidance from the CEO only and have no interaction with down-line staff. Salaries for down-line staff are out of sinque with senior management and CEO salary which are very high compared to other non profits of the same size.
