- Training is amazing! You learn lots and get the proper focus that you need from all management levels - You are able to contact some wonderful ladies to work with closely and help her select her clothing - a personal shopper - Feels like you run your own business - Express your creativity in marketing their product via email - Regularly contact clients via phone and get paid to chit-chat when time allows - Money is outstanding, they pay commission, great hourly pay and you won't regret it. Overall I really give this company an A+, if they were to allow me the chance to work for them again I would accept in an instant!
Cons
- Always working closely with clients to build sales - even on days off you find yourself communicating with clients - The strict enforcement of the dress code can get to the point of nit-picking - Overwhelming sales goals - Constantly forced to badger rich customers who haven't shopped in 2 years or more to purchase even when the customer expresses firmly they are not interested any longer in purchasing the clothing
