Lots of career opportunities, due to incredibly high staff turnover Lots of opportunities for a person motivated to improve things, because there's so many issues HR highly skilled at covering up your criminal activity to preserve their reputation, so no worries about going to jail
Cons
HR have pretty much given up, if they haven't quit yet Management are extremely lazy (in some cases absentee) and unbelievably incompetent There's always too much work to feasibly get done, because no one's doing it Lots of back-stabbing Expect every promise by management to be broken by management, and breaches of contract are common Bullying is everywhere, and almost never dealt with
