      Great benefits, fair salary, good people. Some flexibility I'm work hours and office/remote work depending on your role. Stable endowment/budget and decent reputation in the community.

      Cons

      Internal promotion decisions are unclear and inequitable. Minimal diversity among staff - especially the grants team. Executive team doesn't reflect the communities the org aims to serve. In a diverse state like Texas - that is very noticeable and unacceptable.
