Good health insurance, standard time off and sick days, paychecks are on time, ugly uniforms provided, free washing of uniforms.

Retirement is not portable - rather if you transfer it, they only give you your own money back with 0 earnings. Poor and unprofessional management, leadership, and supervisors. Nepotism. Politics. Disorganization. General ignorance and laziness of the workforce. Low pay. Improper, outdated, or broken equipment essential to job tasks. Improper and / or outdated ways of doing things. Poor job training. No clearly defined procedures for job tasks - what’s ok one day and for one person is not ok for another day or person. Departments, and crews work against each other instead of together. Poor safety policies that are not enforced. Poor safety equipment. A culture that doesn’t see anything wrong with any of the above. A culture too incompetent to recognize these problems.
