They're all about helping you grow as an individual. The team is very interested in learning about you personally, what you want to do in life and help you achieve those goals. The environment is very family oriented. They're a close nit group who genuinely care about one another, which makes you feel very welcomed even if it's your first day. Accepting of one another and love embracing everyone's different backgrounds. Genuinely just a good group of people who want to see you succeed in life.

It's a small company that's growing at a steady pace so if you're not interested in working with a small group of people Sseko isn't for you.
