      No limitation for cross functional interactions / Learnings. Liberty in Operational timings. Right place to make yourself technically sound. Work culture is good.

      Cons

      Lack of adaptability to more modern techniques which makes the works simpler. No one in top management can force you to work, but due to importance of single ownership on each projects, we have to invest our extra time to meet the lead time requirements.
