Remote work is a breeze, people are generally really nice.
Cons
They don't seem to ever have something lined up, so the contracts are given for weeks at a time, which can get pretty stressful.
They drill you about their salaries being industry standard (whatever that means), but don't get fooled, it's the lowest offer you'll get anywhere.

Large office with snacks/coffee/etc

No overtime/crunch
Once let go, lot of assistance and tools to help find new job.
