What a joke!! Positive reviews are planted!!! - Customer Service Squaremouth Employee Review

The positive reviews are made by employees on direction of management directly. They want to keep that rating up to fool prospective employees. There are only 2 CSR over the age of 30. Everyone else in there is 20 something. They do discriminate and they do not care about you unless you kiss butt. They claim to be "new age" but it's just highschool games.
