Pros

I am writing to share my strong reservations about this organization, as I believe it negatively impacts employees' careers. I would rate the company as zero due to its high attrition rate, 3-4times greater than the market standards. This is a family-run business with significant issues in management, characterized by a lack of experience and professionalism in a corporate setting. The company lacks a proper corporate structure; promotions appear to be random, and many individuals in managerial roles (e.g., managers, AVPs, MD, Director, CEO) lack the necessary experience, knowledge, and basic professionalism.

Cons

I strongly advise against involving the MD, whose unprofessional conduct and lack of corporate background are detrimental to professional staff. If the company intends to operate primarily with favored and long-tenured employees, it should reconsider hiring external professional talent. Note: People became Assocaite-TL-Manager in a matter of 1year tenurity, Manager - Senior Manager -AVP, Manager - CEO,TL-Director, A Health care nurse/Lab Technician to MD. Hence, overall its a crap company
