Ample opportunities if some one is having growth mindset and good part is you can switch to roles you like and any tech you are interested , They have good projects with some Product companies which is explify your learning since you will work with some great minds. Compenstation is good as per the market , Also In this tough market one thing is your job is secured. You are also encouraged to do certifications on latest tech stack like Google cloud and elastic
