Pros
Locally, the crew I worked with was awesome. Great bunch of people who looked out for each other and were easy to work with. Did come with great benefits.
Cons
Higher ups made terrible business decisions which resulted in closing down the farms and laying off staff. Every time our local farm and sales team tried to make improvements for efficiency, to improve the crops, to build local relationships with new types of businesses etc we were always shut down and told no by remote company management because it interfered with the deals & promises they were making with big whig investors, politicians, and major corporations they wanted to partner with. They held us back from being financially sustainable locally and resulted in the downfall. Now they are a shell of what they once were.
