Pros
Square Peg Tech has been a fantastic company to work for. My coworkers are all skilled and easy to get along with, management is very attentive, and benefits are outstanding. I have worked at several companies in my career and I hope this is my last stop.
Cons
Square Peg is a newish company (founded in 2014) so their internal processes are not as mature as other companies. That being said, management empowers me to recommend and implement changes, which is a big reason why I love being at a small company as I truly feel vested in the business.
