Product team is not stable in the org. Roadmap & strategy change very often. The management specifically product lead put tremendous pressure on you and expect output in no time. Hired without vision and then fired few folks as the direction changed. The unlimited off is a gimmick as established employee tend to missuse it and new employee shy away from taking even 10 days leaves in a year
