Pros
Overall, there is a positive atmosphere as the management cares a lot about success and making sure employees are generally happy. Employees are not afraid to help each other out and learn new things. When I first started, we were overwhelmed with work but now our process has improved so much that we have to find new things to work on! Due to superb management and being strict and innovative with processes, efficiency has skyrocketed. Pay and benefits have improved a lot, though they can still use some improvement. It is satisfactory for the time being and about the level of a typical business. It may be slow sometimes, but problems are generally addressed by management and they will own up to mistakes.
Cons
Sometimes, rarely, process has been ignored by some which has caused stress for others. Other employees are not disposing of trash properly and helping to keep the kitchen clean and the sink is known to clog. The plumbing in the building needs to be fixed. There is a very deep pothole in the parking lot since I started that has never been fixed and is a disaster waiting to happen. We have long outgrown the space we work in, however we are expanding soon so hoping that will resolve space, some cleanliness, and plumbing issues. We really need regular employee reviews. Supposedly they will be implemented this year. It's difficult not knowing what your strength/weaknesses are and overall how well you are doing as an employee. No HSA option for health insurance, 401k plan is okay, no holiday bonus at the end of the year.
