This is the first time I work for a business that (some of its employees) considers as a start up. I was very delighted to see that they do things very flexible and in an unbureaucratic way but on the other hand they have very strong and reliable structures established. This internship definitely brings me to the next stage of my professional career. I learned a lot of new techniques and skills - soft skills and hard skills. I really appreciate the very strong spirit of the team and the positive attitude inside of Spryng. I got a very warm welcome by the whole team. I never had something before in my professional career. Also the whole team celebrates it's success together, and the company puts a lot of efforts into training measures for it's employees.
