Pros

- Well stocked pantry - Convenient location, connected to LRT - Most colleagues are friendly - Renowned IP company - Work life balance

Cons

- Extremely high turnover rate. If you want to get confirmed, you’ll have to be obedient and follow orders - Certain senior staff behaving like little napoleons. Incapable in guiding new comers. Passive aggressive. Nit-picky on insignificant things. Judgmental. - Micro managing boss. Phone usage is monitored. Rather side the long time staff than you when there are issues. Complains about new staff with long time staff. - Micro managing office manager. Late check into work/back from lunch heavily monitored - Unfortunate that such a good company is ruined by a few rotten apples - Big boss cares too much about hitting sales and KPI target rather than producing meaningful work - HR is not the most supportive, pushes responsibility to other dept when questions are asked - WFH eligibility only after confirmation. However if you get on the boss’ bad side, your eligibility to WFH may get revoked entirely

Pros

Some team members are supportive and collaborative despite challenges. Opportunities to learn due to constant changes (though not always in a positive way)

Cons

Leadership lacks accountability and presence. Key decision-maker is based overseas and appears disconnected from on-the-ground realities Decision-making authority is left to a senior executive and team lead who operate inconsistently and often based on personal preference rather than structured processes Frequent and unnecessary workflow and system changes, even when existing processes are functioning well, causing confusion and inefficiency Low team morale - many employees feel unheard and unsupported One-sided leadership approach, with limited openness to feedback from the wider team HR presence is large but seemingly ineffective in addressing ongoing issues or employee concerns Overall environment feels unprofessional and poorly managed.
