Pros
I have been a Springwise employee for almost two years now and it is one of the best places I have worked. When I started, I was only a seasonal employee but they welcomed me with open arms when I decided that I wanted to become full time. I have since held two different positions within the company and cannot wait for the years to come. The staff gets along with each other great and you are always greeted with a smile every morning when you walk in. We are all one big family, really! There are several people that make it a point to walk around and say good morning to everyone which brings some joy to even the worst mornings. There is a Workplace Bliss Committee that plans company events to bring us all together - from Soup Wednesdays in the winter to friendly Corn Hole Tournaments in the summer, there are always chances to bond with all of the team members. Overall Springwise is such a great company to work for and I cannot wait to see how it continues to grow in the future.
