Pros
I've never worked for a company that values transparency as much as Springthrough. From financial performance to individual performance and goals and strategy, there is a culture of full transparency. The people are talented and fun to work with and genuinely care about what they do. There is a casual environment but not for the sake of being cool. It's a true reflection of the firms values centered around responsibility and trust.
Cons
As the company continues to grow I feel there are some pains in transitioning from a small entrepreneurial company to a more process driven mid sized firm. However, I have full confidence in the leadership team to help navigate through this transitional time.
