Pros

The Product - Springfree Trampolines are hands down the best trampolines for your back yard. The safety aspects of this product make it super easy to get behind. I never felt like I was lying to the customer or making claims about the product that I didn't feel were truthful. Staff - Everyone I worked with was great. They all had positive attitudes that made them a joy to work with. I'm going to miss them all greatly. Pay - Springfree pays their employees fair wages, I never felt like I wasn't getting paid for my work in a fair manner.

Cons

Inventory - I'm only speaking from the DFW, Texas area when it comes to inventory as I was not that involved with the other store's inventories. DFW's inventory is a nightmare. The amount of product in our warehouse never matches what is shown in our computer systems. We have had multiple issues over the years where we sell things to customers that don't exist because it's showing wrong. I personally have helped with inventory, and I've seen others do counts. They just never get updated in the system and pushed down the road. Phones - When I first started at Springfree, the phone system was super easy. The customer dials our phone number and gets connected to the store they are trying to reach. Then they introduced a new phone system to "help." This system caused a lot of headaches. Our outbound phone calls appeared as a different number than our store. Customers would call the Southlake phone and end up talking to a rep in Canada. It was a giant mess. This has gotten better since, but there are still hiccups ran into constantly. Point of Sales Software - I greatly disliked the system we used for customer information and sales. There were way too many steps to make sales or check on reports. A typical in-store sale, from the customer walking into the door to the customer leaving with an install date, was over 75 steps long. It's a daunting list for anyone new to get memorized. Any mistake in this process could lead to issues with the customer's order. Hours - As a part-time employee, none of your hours are guarenteed. On a good month you can be working around 30-35 hours a week, but on a bad month they may cut you down to 17 hours a week. You have no say in the matter and if you have to pay bills you're out of luck. The Southlake store requires about 2 employees to function well, a Sales Lead and a Sales Associate. The company on multiple occasions tried to hire 3-4 sales associates to the one store. Each time the other employees would quit because there just aren't enough hours to support that many people in one store. Opportunity for Advancement - There is almost nowhere to progress in this company as a store. The only attainable promotion is to Sales Lead, which there is only 1 per store at a time. Communication - Communication from marketing to the sales floor was very bad. Often times we would not be told about promotions or promotional codes, which would make us look very bad when a customer mentioned a deal we had no clue about. Customer Care: With the introduction of our new phone system. They started making stores take customer care calls. They offered little to no training to handle these calls, and everyone in the company was extremely frustrated at this.
