It is a great place if you have a passion to give back to the community. The employees are like family. Not all of the people you help will be good clients. Their are a lot of them who are content with government handouts, but their are those few that make your job worth while. You will be over joyed by their growth and their willingness to change their own lives. These are the people you will love helping.

Needs to reorganize and refocus on the mission of helping the community. Sometimes top management need to be reminded of why they are in the community in the first place. Staff is Highly underpaid!
