      Work with children families are nice

      Cons

      Management is poor. No communication, pay is only near competitive if you place your notice to quit. Them director will lie to you and make you think they care by offering slightly more money. Frequently not abiding by licensing guidelines. Owner is rude and only cared when beneficial to himself

      Pros

      My Special Education Staff went and above and beyond for our students. Most of the staff is close and willing to help and take suggestions.

      Cons

      Management makes you do a lot of things that are not needed and it causes a lot of extra work and stress on their teachers. Focus a lot on different kinds of assessments and the students get very burnt out very fast.
