Pros
The benefits are great, you will get more vacation time than you will know what to do with and the insurance package is better than most in the area. You will also meet and work with some truly great and exceptional people.
Cons
You will also work with some truly awful people who don't care about the population that they were hired to support. This leads to the pay rate, maybe if Springbrook would offer a competitive pay rate they would be able to hire some quality employees, but $12 and hour is not that enticing. The staffing has been a huge issue for years and it is only getting worse, Springbrook is generally running on a skeleton crew, but don't worry about how they will meet their minimum staffing levels, they will just mandate you for doubles/triples.
